Program

LoanScopeIQ Loan Updates is a text message program operated by DealScopeIQ LLC(LoanScopeIQ). Messages are sent only to people who have given their own express written consent for their own mobile number: loan officers who hold a LoanScopeIQ account, clients (borrowers) whose loan officer has invited them, and real estate agents who have been added to a loan with the client’s authorization. Consent is never transferred between people or numbers.

Message types

The program sends transactional messages only:

• Loan milestone updates — for example application received, documents needed, pre-approval issued, offer accepted, appraisal ordered, and closing scheduled.
• Account notifications — for example sign-in and account changes, task and appointment reminders, and notices that a document is ready.

The program does not send rate quotes, offers, promotions, or marketing content.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are triggered by activity on your loan or your account, so the number you receive depends on how your loan progresses.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. LoanScopeIQ does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

How to stop messages (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. You can also stop messages by unchecking the SMS box in your account notification settings, or by emailing jim@dealscopeiq.com. To start again, opt in again from your account settings or your invitation link.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability.

Consent is not required

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of any loan product or service. You can use LoanScopeIQ, and work with your loan officer, without agreeing to texts.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
