Who we are
LoanScopeIQ is software for mortgage loan officers, operated by DealScopeIQ LLC. Loan officers use it to prepare mortgage analyses and pre-approvals, to manage their pipeline, and to communicate with the clients and real estate agents they work with.
Information we collect
- Account information for loan officers: name, work email, mobile number, title, NMLS ID, and password credentials.
- Client information entered by a loan officer: name, contact details, property search criteria, loan scenario inputs such as income, monthly debts, and credit score range, and notes about the file.
- Real estate agent information: name, brokerage, and contact details.
- Usage and audit records: sign-ins, record access, stage changes, and messages sent, with timestamps and IP address, kept as a compliance audit trail.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, payment card numbers, or credit reports in this application.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service: to calculate loan figures, generate documents, send the communications a loan officer initiates, and keep the records that mortgage and advertising rules require. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
SMS Disclosures
Text messages are sent only to people who gave express written consent for their own mobile number, and consent is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Program details are in the SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf (Twilio), solely to send the messages you asked for. Consent records — the number, timestamp, and where consent was captured — are retained as required for compliance.
Service providers
We use vendors to run the service: hosting and database providers, an email delivery provider, the SMS provider named above, a calendar and mail integration when a loan officer connects their Microsoft 365 account, an AI provider used to draft messages a loan officer reviews before sending, and a handwritten-card provider used when a loan officer chooses to mail a card. Each receives only what it needs to perform that function.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access requires multi-factor authentication for loan officers and administrators, and every record access is logged. Loan records and audit logs are retained for seven years in line with federal mortgage record-retention requirements.
Your choices
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or by unchecking the SMS box in your account notification settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email jim@dealscopeiq.com. If a loan officer entered your information, we may direct your request to them as the party that holds the file.
